ORDER FORM - Large Workgroup Copier

Welcome to our simple order form process.

Please fill out your contact details as fully as you are able and we will be in touch to agree delivery details as soon as possible.

This order form is for a multifunctional copier - Sharp MX-4112 or Sharp MX-5112.

This agreement is a 30 day rolling arrangement with a one off delivery charge of £125.00 + VAT with copies and prints charged at 5.0p per colour and 1.0p per mono impression.  There is a monthly minimum charge of £75.00 + VAT for the use of this machine.

For the sake of clarity, whilst the device is situated on your site it is assumed that it is covered by your business contents insurance in the unlikely event of fire, theft or damage.  The asset remains the property of Business World Services (1995) Ltd at all times throughout the agreement.

We will install the device and connect it to your network so it will function as a copier, printer and network scanner.
